Whether it be a private function or a big production – I am here to make it happen. Sometimes you cannot see the full picture or the know-how, or perhaps you just need a crew to get the job done to make your event a success – that’s where I come in! With my background in Theatre production, TV production and live performance. I bring in my crew to take care of the job!
The Vision
My vision is to assemble and lead a highly capable event crew, ensuring seamless execution by expertly managing communication and expectations between the team and the client.
To build elite event teams and serve as the essential conduit for communication, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
The Planning
- Research and secure event venues, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, capacity, and thematic vision.
- Lead set design and production development, overseeing the integration of physical scenic elements, custom graphics, and multimedia assets.
- Develop the show template and master timeline, scripting all segment elements and transitions to ensure narrative cohesion and precise timing.
- Produce daily call sheets and oversee technical rehearsals to synchronize all departments and execute a seamless live show.
Post Production
My role extends into post-production, where I manage the transition from event to deliverable. I am responsible for aligning the final edit with all pre-production agreements, including show duration, music licensing, and graphic assets. In close partnership with the editor, I coordinate the workflow to meet deadlines and conduct rigorous quality control, certifying the final product complies with broadcast specifications.
